We would like to welcome you to the new Nagel's Visual Aid Systems. After many weeks of design we are proud to present the new layout and content for our website. While the site is not completely operational, we were eager to present it to the world. We had numerous goals in mind while we redesigned the site. Hopefully, you will find the site easier to navigate, more accessible to low vision technologies, and filled with exciting and new information.

Nagel's Visual Aid Systems is a sole source organization that helps persons with low vision maintain their freedom and independence.

Located in Independence, Missouri, we offer numerous services and options, including a variety of low vision aids, ideas, and resources.

10/31/2008 - Holiday Hours for 2008

Please note the days the retail store, Nagel's Low Vision Resource Center, will be closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas. For Thanksgiving we will be closed November 27th and 28th. For Christmas we will close at noon on December 24th and will remain closed until January 5th. We will reopen at 10:00AM on January 5th. We wish you and your family a wonderful holiday season.

10/31/2008 - 2009 Large Print Calendars Have Arrived!

The Nagel's Low Vision Resource Center large print calendars for 2009 have arrived. You can pick them up at the store or have them mailed to your house. In-store the calendars are $5.00 for one or $8.00 for two. If you would like them shipped to your house please give us a call so we can accurately quote you a shipping price.

9/12/2008 - 2006-2007 Product Catalog

The 2006-2007 printed product catalog is now available to view online. The pricing in this catalog is out of date, but it will allow you to see the type of products we have at the store. If you are interested in the products, feel free to send us an email or give us a call. We are currently working to update our printed catalog as well as publish an online version. We hope to have both available in the beginning of 2009. View the Catalog
